Suggest Medication For Stomach Pain And Vomiting Which Are Available Without Prescription
I am miserable for two days with stomach pain. Thrown up a couple of times. I think it may be acid reflux, although I have never had that much of a problem with heartburn. I feel better f I don t eat and have eaten very little. What would a good otc med be the one for me to try?

if a patine come to me with such symptoms i will fisrt go with the history and examination.
recent take of any pain killers,smoking or much comsumption of alchohal,tea or coffee cause the same symptoms.
so simple antacid liquid 2 TSF three times aday along with tab.domperidone 15 minutes before meal thrice a day and cap.omeprazole 20mg moring and evening half an hour before food.
if pain is severe you can take tab.hyoscine
10mg three times a day.
