Suggest Medication For Sharp Pain And Irregular Heart Beat On Left Chest

I've been under mentally stressed by being blamed, threatened and being in danger. I also can't eat reall well but drink a cup or two coffee. I noticed that my left chest has sharp pain, irregular heart beat, can't sleep at nights. What do you recommand for treatment?

Hi,
Stressed conditions can cause such type of pain & palpitations. But still you first need to evaluate yourself for the cardiac diseases. Get a ECG & 2D Echo done. You also need to check your thyroid function test test & get them reviewed by your doctor.
Till than take a 0.25 mg of Alprazolam once daily at night time.
