Suggest Medication For Sensitivity To Light And Swelling In Lower Eyelid

Hi, I have been diagnosed w corneal problems including loosening of the cornea skin from time to time. I had a flare up while on vacation and wound up in the ER in Canada getting antibiotic drops which helped after a few days. The pain is gone but the light sensitivity and eyelid and lower eye skin swelling is still ongoing. Ice does not help. Are there anything over the counter creams or drops you can recommend to help with the swelling at this point?
