Hello,

It seems the wound has got infected. It's better to start the oral antibiotic course, tablet Azithral once a day after food for 10 days, tablet Razo 20 once a day before food for 10 days. Apply Nadibact plus cream two times per day. Keep the wound clean and use Neosporin powder to keep it dry. Tablet Ener C dissolvable tab early morning, empty stomach.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priya Mohod Shirsat
