Suggest Medication For Poking Sensation And Pain At The Back Due To A Fall

I fell and impacted my back against the stairs (around the lower middle), and now, nearly 24 hours later, I have this pokling sensation especially when i take a step. My movements are deliberate when I walk. What would be good remedy; I plan to see a doctor tomorrow if the symptoms worsen.

Hi...
As you are saying you have poking sensations after history of injury dates back to a day, it can be due to mild inflammation of the underlying soft tissue or irritation of underlying nerves. I advise you to take some non steroidal anti inflammatory drug for immediate relief. If these sensations persists, I advice you to consult an orthopaedician.
Best wishes
