I really appreciate your concern, first thing you need to do is take care for over all hygiene drink more water stop eating the junk food (If you are ) keep the stress level very low or nil eat more vegetables, in medicine you can try the following medicines,
1) Tab doxycycline 100 mg once in a day for 10 days
2) Clindamycin solution for topical use
