I haven t been feeling good. Lightheaded, nauseated, shortness of breath, heart racing occasionally and ears feel clogged and slight touch of headache are my symptoms. Doctor did a stress test and it was all normal as well as the ekg was normal. Could you tell me where to go from here? Different ones say inner ear infection, or vertigo.
