Hi,

The symptoms your child is having indicate for possible viral infection. You can give zinsy to your child together with:
- nasal saline spray/drops
- do aerosol therapy with saline
- do not force your son to eat; let him eat what he wants until he gets better
- give him plenty of water and ORS to prevent dehydration

If the symptoms will worsen or he will get high fever, should consult his pediatrician as he might need further medications.

Wish fast recovery!
