General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your doubts

I can understand your concern. Scopolamine patches will help to prevent motion sickness and there is no need to remain anxious. These patches ensure regular controlled delivery of drug to body and thus help to maintain fixed levels. These will not come loose behind ear. No need to worry. Still if you want to remain on safer side then you can keep medicines like Domperidone tablets or Cinnarizine etc to use in emergency situations in case of vomiting. Even hyoscine patches are also available for motion sickness.

Please talk to your doctor for prescription of these medicines.

Thanks, Hope this helps. Good Luck
