Suggest Medication For Mild Pain And Discomfort In Testicle Due To Injury
Hello I hit by a tennis ball in my right testicle with mild speed yesterday night. It is mild pain since then specially when my right testicle hangs down. If I support the right testicle or lie down the pain disappears. The pain also appears in my lower back on the right side. I have urinated since last night and the urine was clear. I remember having the same discomforting feeling sometime before (without any hitting of the ball) in which I used to feel my testicles heavy the way I can feel my right testicle heavy right now. That discomfort when the testicles used to hang down goes away after masturbation. Please guide should is this normal to have this mild pain after yesterday's night hit and should I wait for sometime for it to subside?

1.After a hit by ball over the testis - the pain is normal as there is cause.
2.If the pain is any where up to 5 on a scale of 10 - you should visit your GP as some complications can be expected post trauma.
3.As you said its getting relived when you lie and lift - you can take diclofinac as a pain killer. But after 2 days if still persists - needs to examine.
4.Hanging of the testicle post masturbation is normal thing which you don't have to worry.
5.Different levels of the testicle is also a normal physiological thing.
