Suggest Medication For Loose Motions

Sir since night I am sufering from heavy loose motion since night. I have 6-7 heavy motion. night there was pain in stomac but now there is a less pain but there is a gur gur in stomac. what medicin

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Since you have lots of loose motions, pain in abdomen and gur-gur sound in the abdomen this is indicative of severe intestinal infection.
You need a Clinical evaluation by your Doctor and proper medications by your Doctors as prescription based antibiotic, metronidazole.
Till you meet your Doctor you can certainly take plenty of boiled and cooled water to avoid dehydration and Electrolyte solution to maintain the electrolyte balance.
Also take probiotics and activated charcoal tables.
PPI lie Omeprazole if there is acidity, nausea or vomiting.
Take soft bland diet.
Imodium if the loose motions are too many, you can take maximum of 6 tablets in a 24 hour period.
