Hello i have had a bad head pain , this is how it feels it first feels like my head is going to explode then i feel liquid falling from the corner of my forhead down to my nose and it has gone on for two days the liquid i found out that it was blood should i be concerned

Ct scan and mri can use for further diagnosis.
Consult a neurologist for further diagnosis.
