Suggest Medication For Frequent Burps And Stomach Pain

i am 2 days shy of 30 weeks pregnant and i have been over the past month now, getting sick. Its starts with egg burps then severe pain in my stomach and then i get diherra. Except this time im not getting the third sympton yet. I feel fine until i get up and move then the pain in my stomach comes back. I've been seen at the clinic but she keeps saying its a bug. But for this to happen 3 times with maybe a week a part from eachother i find it a little wierd. DO you have any advice for me.

Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood the concerns.
Repeated burping, severe pain in abdomen and diarrhea in a 30 week pregnant woman is indicative of an intestinal infection unless proved otherwise.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get stool tests done for a few days which will indicate the cause of your symptoms. Also get an ultrasonography and tests of blood.
If there is an indication of bacterial intestinal infection you need a pregnancy safe antibiotic active against intestinal infection and you will be fine.
Also identify the foods and water source as you are getting these problems repeatedly. Stop the instigating foods and beverages.
use only boiled for 20 minutes and cooled water.
