General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to rheumatoid arthritis.

I suggest you use anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.

I also recommend cold compresses and physical therapy.

If the symptoms continue I recommend seeing a rheumatologist for further evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
