Hi doc...can i ask whats the medecine for that i have always getting dizziness and my nose erritating and i have always discharge from my mouth like a pleghm and i have nosebleed also..Can u help me doc my head always pained also not so pained but therebis have a connection my nOse irritate.. Or i think i havr sinus also...help me doc please.. Thanks

It could be due to a sinus infection and secondary post nasal drip.
