General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It seems your children's infections are carried to your wife. She is pregnant and her BP is also on lower side. I feel she needs fluid replacement and other needful medication. Please take her to her treating doctor or ER. Till then let her have boiled water with ORS.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
