Hi, I need your help and advice. Sorry to sound so blunt, I gave oral sex to my boyfriend earlier.. I swallowed his semen, A couple hours after waking up my stomach felt super heavy. I went to the bathroom after experiencing bubble guts. I used the bathroom, its like I took a laxative. My stool is very watery & loose. I used the bathroom twice a already but I lost lots of body fluids. It had no smell, I took a zofran for nausea in case its not this. Please help me . I wanna know should I go to the er, to get my fluids back going?

From your history I can say that you are suffering from abdominal infection. For this you have to take tab norflox-tz or tab oflox-oz twice daily after meals along with cap rabson-d or cap pantop-d twice daily before taking meals for gastric upset and nausea with tab sporolac or any other probiotic two tabs at least three to four times daily. Avoid spicy, oily and junk food, also avoid pure milk, take curd as much as possible. Along with this you also have to take ORS every time you feel thirsty and as much as you can because lots of fluid is lost from your body.
