Dark patches on face are called melisma. Melasma is a condition in which areas of the skin become darker than the surrounding skin. Doctors call this hyperpigmentation. Sometimes, these dark patches may appear on other sun-exposed areas of the body. Advice 1. Stop using Kojivit plus 2. Wear a hat with a brim to shade and protect your face 3. Use sunscreen that protects against both ultraviolet A and ultraviolet B radiation. The sunscreen should have a sun protection factor (SPF) of at least 30 such as Spectraban sensitive cream 4. Melalite cream locally daily at bed time for 3 month Thanks
