Suggest Medication For Chronic Dumping Syndrome

Hi My name is linda downs, in 2004 i ended up havingf emergency bi-pass stomach stappling. Ever since that day i had cronic dumping syndrome. I had o.k. results by taking lomotil 3 t.i.d. Is thre any newer drug out there that would help me from having dirrhea. At least i do not have to wear diappers every day, thank GOD.

Your loose stools are due to osmostic diuresis that is osmostic diarrhoea
If don't feel your symptoms relief with lomotril

You can take loperamide 4mg tablet stat dose then 2mg till your diarrhorea stops.. It will help you control your diarrhorea.....
You can supplement with prton pump inhibitors like rabeprzole or pantoprazole to decrease diarrhea..
