Suggest Medication For Chronic Diarrhea

My son is 4 years and 11 months of Age. On 14.11.11 night evening he was suffering from fever and complained about leg & hands (including palms & fingers). He was having loose motion too. On 15.11.11 we took him to a doctor who is a MBBS & DCH. The doctor investigated him as prescribed him Paediatric syrubs such as Alocet XL from Vilberry, Nizonide from Lupin and Zeegut-Z from eris science p ltd. Along with that he has prescribed meforum for fever. Since a day he is not suffering from fever but the loose motion is still going on inspite of the medicines consumed. We are worry about our son since he has become week but walks and plays little. Can any one of you suggest me the action I shoud take proactively.
