Suggest Medication For Chest Pain

My 6 year old came home from school complaining of chest pains. He took a little nap, but is still complaining. He said it came on like Kapow . Now he is saying the pain is not that strong, however the left side is sore. He will not let me touch it. Should I take him to an Urgent Care

Hi...unless the kid is having loss of consciousness or severe breathlessness you need not worry.
I suggest you give him 1 dose of Ibuprofen and observe and if not better in 1 hour, take him to the urgent care.
