Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can understand your concern.
Obviously the enlargement is, following the trauma before two months.
There could be an inflammatory enlargement or a collection of fluid, surrounding the testis. The safest step for you is, get it examined by an Urologist. The cause of enlargement will be seen very clearly on a scrotal doppler scan.According to the scan report, proper treatment will be advised.
