I have read your query, human hair goes through various phases called as hair cycle. Hair fall is common for all of us and upto 100 strands of hair fall a day is perfectly okay. About your query:
1) Tablets given for boosting hair growth, in general, won't interfere with your thyroid medication.
2) Thyroid disorders itself is a cause of hair loss, so correcting it will prevent unwanted hair loss.
3) If you experience any other symptoms feel free to contact a Trichologist who can help you better.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Moses John Wesley,
General & Family Physician
