Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

I have gone through your concern and I have understood it.

In those who have acne prone skin, in them acne do tend to exacerbate in humid weather, since there is lot of sweating and oil production.

-I would suggest you to use a salicylic acid based cleanser (Saslic DS foam) for face wash. It would deep cleanse the pores and remove excess oil clogging the pores.

-Topically you could use either topical benzoyl peroxide gel OR Clindamycin gel during day time.

-At night I as my patients to apply a topical retinoid e.g either Adapalene OR Adapalene+clindamycin combination. While the combination is mainly used for acne, the retinoid component i.e adapalene decreases the formation of new comedones as well.

-I also decide to start my patients on oral antibiotics if they have inflammatory acne e.g doxycycline 100mg once or twice daily.

Once your acne is under control, you need to use a maintenance gel, commonly a topical retinoid i.e adapalene gel, to prevent the new lesions/comedones from developing.
