hi i got acidity high heart burn and some time look hot that my blood hot my age is 29 i still not take any medicine just take syrup of emplayzm i got relief from heart burn but for acidity any syrup to complete finissh of acidity which i feel after eat

It seems that you might be having acid reflux or hyper-acidity problem.
Take Omeprazole or Rantac medicine for few days.
Avoid fried, chillies and junk food.
Take less food but take frequently.
Do not keep your stomach empty.
