General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

She needs to investigated with urine routine microscopic examination for primary work up as there was a drop of blood in urine as per history.

Her period was delayed so rule out pregnancy by urine hcg card test. You can revert back with reports once done.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
