Suggest Medical Treatment For Valve Leakage While On Pacemaker With A Heart Aneurysm

My uncle has a couple of leaking valves he was at U OF M and just had surgery on one of them and It came back where the new one is leaking again. He has a pacemaker it s a brand-new four years ago. He has a lot of calcium buildup and he also has A blood clot aneurysm somewhere around the heart. So U of M said two days ago there wasn t much they could do now he s been home since yesterday.
