Suggest Me Treatment For Chest Injury With Small Amount Of Blood Vomiting.

My friend kicked me on the chest recently and my chest has been hurting. Ever since that happened, I have a hard time trying to eat and when I do, I would feel like I puking. However, I ended up puking the food that I ate today and in addition to small blood.

Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
You are having blunt chest and abdominal trauma due to kick.
These blunt trauma can damage internal organs and cause blood in vomiting.
Following are the possible complications of blunt trauma.
1. Rib fracture
2. Pulmonary contusions
3. Pneumothorax
4. Muscular injury.
5. Spleen or liver tear.
6. Stomach injury etc.
So get done chest x ray and ultrasound examination of abdomen to rule out internal damage.
Consult doctor if and discuss all these.
