Suggest Me Medication To Increase Weight As Loosing From 144.

Losing weight
hello so im 16 years old. female. and 5'4". i weigh 144 and i want to lose about 15 pounds so i wanted to know if my daily eat habits are right for me to lose weight. so when i start my day i eat breakfast witch is usually special k cereal with skim milk and the my lunch period is 3rd period witch is like 9:10-9:56 and its so early for lunch they dont even have the lunch out theystill serve breakfast
so i eat vanilla muffin (from school) with a fruit usually apple. so then after that after that i have no more periods to eat buti bring little snacks with me so i wount get hunrey . i usually bring a special k bar and some fruit. but i only get the chance to eat it 6th period and 9th period the last period of the day 6th i usualy eat the bar then 9th i eat the fruit and i get hunrey before that and i stil am hungrey after all that. then i come home and eat something maybe some ceral or a sandwich or whatever i try to make it as healthy as i can. and then dinner i eat whatever my mom makes. can u please tell me your idea on this. and give me some tips and what not. let me know whar u think! please and thanks!

p.s. i also excersise 5 days a week for an hour

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
In spite of your hard diet plan, you are not loosing weight, and you want to control weight.
You can loose weight by controlling the intake of calories, cereals, fats, fries, ice creams, etc.
Practice yoga,morning walk, exercises, and do any work in front of you, irrespective the nature of the work.
Minimize the sleeping time practice late to bed, and early to rise. avoid sleeping in the day time.
