Hi,
Being into sedentary job,i would suggest that with some dietary changes ,do some lifestyle/behavioural modifications .The latest guidelines says that you don't have to eat less ,but eat right and be physically active.Try some small changes for the time being and then follow a regular detailed plan to maintain weight for longer hauls.
1.Fuel your body early in the morning with heavy breakfast.e.g Oats/daliya porridge.
2.Ensure 2 glasses of lukewarm water before your meals.
3.Avoid heavy dinners, and start your dinner with salads.
4.Turn your coffee/tea break in office as walking break
5.Chew your food and don't have distractive sources while eating(no t.v,laptops)-do mindful eating
