Suggest Itchy Bumps Under My Chin, Face, Neck And Back

Hello, I am a 30 year old white female. I am a former crack cocaine user and I felt as if I had bugs crawling under my skin. I was previously told by an infectious disease doctor that I had cocaine psychosis. I have been clean for over six months and the feeling hasn t gone away. Actually I now have white spots on my arm and my chest with smaller dots inside them. Also I have painful boil-like pimples that contain seedlike white heads. The lesions heal after awhile, but then they peel. Usually they itch and have a small black thing inside the skin I end up peeling off of them. I have itchy bumps under my chin and on my face, neck, and back. Please help!!!
