Hi,

Ureteric stones cause a lot of pain.
You can take an analgesic and antispasmodic like aceclofenac and drotaverine tablet for pain relief.

The location and size of the stone being less than 13 mm in size indicates that it can be expelled with medical therapy.

Take an antibiotic like cefixime and azithromycin tablet,
An alkaliser,
Flavoxate tablet and
An alpha blocker and corticosteroid containing
tamsulosin and deflazacort tablet(for a maximum period of 10 days).

Drink plenty of fluids(2-3 litres per day).

I hope it ll solve your problem.
Get an ultrasound and x-ray KUB done after having the medicines for the required time and dosage.

If the problem still persists, consult with an urologist.
