Suggest Home Remedy For Itchy And Sore Throat

I work for a construction company that does demolishing with old, abandoned buildings. I do believe I've got dust in my throat which has caused it to be itchy and sore, feeling as if I may have a cold. Is there any home remedies that could help my situation? Thanks!

As per your complain itchy and sore throat along with cold like symptoms can be due to dust allergy while there is also a possibility tat you ave got a viral throat infection leading to the following symptoms..

You can take anti allergics like Levocetrizine, do warm saline gargles and do steam inhalations..
Avoid spicy and chilled foods and sip on plenty of warm water..
You can also suck throat lozenges and chew Vitamin C pellets..
You can take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Advil..
When you are exposed to dust you can cover your nose and mouth with a mask..
In case of recurring symptoms or no improvement consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated..
