Hi,My age is 30.I am dark .so please can you suggest me for lighten my skin not to fair.but nobody say she is dark this is I want.Which cream is good for my skin and my skin is oily and I have pimples scars on my face .so how to remove those.Which is the best cream please Suggest Me Doctor.I have to build myself confident.please help me without side effects and with minimum cost not only creams or even home remedies also tell me sir/madam

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
You can go for laser therapy as it has got best results for scar.
