Suggest Healthy Exercise Program For Elderly

What would be a healthy exercise program for an 84 year old man in very good health. At the present time I ride a recumbant bike for 30 minutes 5 days a week and use 10 pound weights 3 days a week on three different upper body motions and one leg lift. Any more suggestions? Thank you. Stan

Aerobic exercise such as brisk walking also helps in improving blood circulation and cardiac efficiency. You can do brisk walking early in the morning when the air is fresh and oxygen levels are high. Hope this will help.
