Suggest Healthy Diet Plan For 7 Month Old

Hello,My 7 month old has breastfed solely since he was born, i tried introducing formula several times starting at 2 months (i tried everything: enfamil and gerber; gentlease and soy and everything else possible). Im now pregnant and breastfeeding causes me to have severe contractions so I stopped it altogether and he doesent seem affected much because I had introduced solid foods at 6 months 3x a day. However he now has no formula imtake and refuses his vitamins even if dripped into his food, the taste of iron in both makes him cry and refuse to eat or drink and even throw up. Im so stressed out about this lack of nutrients and Im out of ideas. Please help!
