I do appreciate your consciousness for physical fitness.
Pregnancy is not a condition where no exercises are allowed, however, rigorous exercises are not advised during pregnancy.
Though pregnancy is a physiological condition, a woman is carrying one more life in her womb. It is a delicate condition.
So few stretching exercises are welcome in pregnancy. Walking at a pace which is not uncomfortable for the woman is a good exercise. Breathing exercises are very good for a pregnant woman. Also perineal exercises like contracting and relaxing vaginal and anal muscles helps.
Under no circumstances, jerky exercises like jumping, harsh games are not allowed.
In fact there are special books and websites which give a battery of exercises to be carried out during pregnancy.
