General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

As per clinical history, you are taking too much of medicine and normal dose is 10 mg every 4 to 6 hours, so you need a detailed clinical evaluation by your Doctor[Rheumatologist]. Discuss with your physiotherapist for a specific exercise plan like stretching exercises, and nerve stimulation.

Do follow lifestyle modifications like this:

1) Try placing hot compresses or a heating pad on the painful area several times a day. Keep the heat on a low setting. Ice also might be helpful.

2) Take rest. Avoid activities that make your pain worse like heavy lifting, strenuous exercise and severe coughing, etcetera.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Uday Nath Sahoo
