Suggest Dosage For Oxyelite Intake

I am 55 female and healthy walking 2 miles with my yellow labrador very morning at the crack of dawn. Could I divide the capsule of oxyelite into thirds and take that third each morning? I consume little caffeine daily as I don't like the taste of coffee and do not usually drink anything other than water or some grape juice in the evening.

Hi.
If the coffee is not to your liking and simply take it to feel more awake, I suggest you do not take it especially because the oxyelite is a strong stimulant.
The standard dose is one capsule 30 minutes before meals , preferably not eat anything 30 minutes after taking it also because it will absorb better.
I recommend you also take 1hr before exercise .
Never take it after 5-6pm because you might have trouble sleeping.
