Suggest Dosage For Xarelto

My son is taking Xarelto because he has the unusual congenital anomaly of no inferior vena cava - he takes it everyday but not at the same time - usually within 3-4 hours of the dose from the previous day - so 8p one day, midnight the next, 9p the next day, etc. Is this okay?

A few hours difference isn't going to do very much to the level of the drug. It all evens out over 1-2 days. That's easy. The dose to use is a much trickier question since xarelto isn't commonly used before adulthood. It should be adjusted for size if the child is smaller than an adult.
