Suggest Dosage For Venlafaxine 37.5mg
Hi ive been prescribed venlafaxine 37.5 mg it says take 1 twice daily.. I been taking one in morning and one after dinner around 7 pm didn t sleep much .. Should I be taking it morning and afternoon ? How many hours in between each pill should I leave it Im really confused

I really appreciate your concern, if you have been given medicine is two dose dosages then it should be 12 hours gap in between means if take first dose at 8 am then second dose need to be taken at 8 pm, least concern whether you are empty stomach or not because you would be instructed accordingly, hop this information helps, take care.
