Suggest Dosage For S-Numlo

I am 79 had triple bypass in 2003 and now had 2 stent( Xience Alpine ) placed,Before Angioplasty for BP i used to take Ramipril 5mg twice and once SelokenXL 25 & Eslo 2.5 mg. My BP reading ranges from 140/80 to 160/80 and now I have been prescribed increase in Seloken XL from 25 to 50 and Eslo 2.5 to S-Numlo 5 rwice(?). Do I need to take S-Numlo once/twice ?

As per history is concerned the medication S-Numlo 2.5 mg once daily and it is the starting dose.Your treating doctor may increase gradually.
