Suggest Dosage For Plaquenil
I take 300 mg plaquenil each morning around 9 am. Tonight, I was taking my evening vitamins, and I accidentally took my morning vitamins (for tomorrow) which included my morning dose of 300 mg of plaquenil for tomorrow morning (oops) - is this a problem? Should I skip my morning dose tomorrow and resume my morning dose on Saturday?

I understand your concern.
However there's no serious issue as 600 mg of Plaqeunil is not a toxic dose. You don't have to repeat the dose tomorrow morning and carry on as usual from the day after.
Make it a good practice to check your medicines before taking them.
