Suggest Diet Supplements For An Elderly Person To Lose Weight

I am a healthy 77 years old. Weigh 141 to 143. I try and try and can't loose more than a couple of pounds then its right back on. I want to bet back to 137. I think I need some assistance with a diet supplement. What are your suggestions? Right now I feel terribly bloated and have gain ed 2 lbs in 24 hours. My stools are soft to very soft every day or so.

Hi,
Thanks for the concern.
The most important thing to lose weight is diet and second important thing is exercise.
You try to cut down your calories intake.
Remove excess carbohydrates. Reduce food intake by 20 % in each meal.
Try to take salads, green leafy vegetables, protein shakes.
Avoid desserts and deep fries. This is the key
Bloating can be solved if you continue to have exact timings for your food.
Mild exercise like brisk walking helps to build body tone and activates your bowels and rejuvenates your energy.

Hope this helps
