Suggest Diet Plans To Increase General Body Appetite In Woman

HI I am 23 years old female i am too much skinny & have just 42 kgs weight.I am having too much less apetite which is the main reason behind being uderweight.I am also alergic to too heavy food .I desperately want to increase my apetite and gain weight.Plz recommend me what i should take to increase my apetite and is endura mass good enought for gaining weight?

You can increase your appetite by changing your lifestyle.

Do regurlaly exercise more than 30 minutes.so increase your appetite.
Change your diet also.

Regular take healthy breakfast. Take more breakfast in morning so it give you a nor energy.
Take healthy food like cereals,fress fruits, yogurt etc.

Take small amount food frequently. Avoid one time large quantity.
Eat high fatty food like banana, nuts etc.

Eat foods that have strong smell so it increase your appetite.
In food add tummy tumbling ,herbs like thyme basil oregano etc.
Add some cinnamon that give taste to food.

Take more food at morning than evenings.
Drink while milk.You can eat fatty food like banana egg so increse your weight.

Take green vegetables. Avoid junk food.
Take more water.
Avoid spicy food.
