Suggest Diet Plans For Arthritic Knee And Tear In My Cartilage

Hey! I ve knee pain and the problem is a tear in cartilage and arthritis in the knee too as i learned from a recent MRI and X-ray! I m in my early 30 s, keen cyclist and rower so I ain t getting a knee replacement to sort the arthritis but I will have the arthroscopic surgery to fix the cartilage!! My question is how do I help the situation in other ways? I see mentioned high calcium and high Vitamin B12 and 6! Would you recommend a diet on good quality proteins and dark green veg! Any solutions or good ideas on a healthy fix? Thanks

Yes u need good calcium but also vit d to get calcium absorption bit b12 also. Have milk twice day. Curds and buttermilk for calcium. If non vegetarian then egg white and chicken soup fr b12 If vegetarian then soya , red gramdal for b12. Almonds for vit d and sunlight is best in morning for vit d. Sprouts, channa for good protein. Paneer, soya veggies will also help. Tofu will also be good don't have too much of fat. Don't allow ur weight to increase. Have all veggies special greens like spinach. Fenugreek. Have healthy diet.
