Suggest Diet For High Uric Acid Levels

I have a problem of Uric Acid 7.2 What is the diet to be taken. My haemoglobin level is 11.2. Shall I donate blood. My blood group is B positive. doctor suggested to take Feluget 40 mg for 1 month along with some iron tablet. Is it O.K. I am Female , 45 years old, 69 kgs. weight and till date I do not find any problem.

Thanks for asking to Healthcaremagic. I here noticed the uric acid level is towards upper margin of normal range.I believe its enough what your treating doctor has suggested at present. Limit animal origin foods and vegetables like beans,peas (Simply highly proteinaceous food) in diet. Green vegetables Fruits,Low fat milk,yoghurt(Simply not highly proteinaceous food) can be encouraged in diet.You can safely donate the blood once your hemoglobin levels improves to atleast 12.5grams.Hope i have answered your query.Wish you a good health.
