hi, hope you are fine.
If you are non-vegetarian, please avoid egg, chicken, meat.
Foods should be include in your diet are skimmed milk, vegetables, green leafy vegetables, baked foods, fruits and if you have very low vitamin B 12 , then you need vitamin B 12 injections , please take advice from your doctor and Eat iron rich foods dates ,anjeer, green leafy vegetables in your diet ,and If you have low iron you can have iron sulphate tablet but take advise your doctor first.Avoid fried foods and saturated fats like ghee vanaspati, trans fats, refined processed foods and limited oils.
