According to the latest report on 17th oct it has come down to the following Bilirubin count 1.49, SGOT 55 & SGPT 109. since the very first day i am on jaundice diet of no spices and blend food and in between i had some junk food which resulted in swelling in my large intestine and muscle pain. Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The enzymes and bilirubin is on a falling trend. You can avoid fat and oily foods. Also avoid alcohol consumption.
No treatment is required as of now drink plenty of water.
Repeat the LFT after one week to assess the progress.

Hope I have answered your query.
