Suggest Diet Chart To Be Followed To Lower Cholesterol Levels

1 I have trying to lower my cholesterol which I have been fighting off and on for most of my life, please provide a list of foods , etc that I should and should not eat to lower my levels. I am presently taking 40-60 mg of Pravastatin. 2. I have been recently diagnosis with an A1C of 6.2 pre- diabetes and also need too know the foods I should avoid and can consume. I am a black 59 year old male that workout 4 days a week(run 3-4 miles, weights, abs) and fully retired. I need to loose weight as well, I am at 210lbs, height 5 7 Thank you very much

I really appreciate your concern, the best way to reduce the cholesterol is cut down the calorie in diet and have some exercise and most important is stress free life at the most you can consult the dietician for better advise, hope this information helps.
